Our clients choose HolidayHomed to do the work associated with short-letting for a variety of reasons e.g. they are travelling or they don't have the time to do it. We estimate that for a novice, one full-time short-let property can create 40 hours of work. That being said, chiefly clients choose an agent because they feel there would be a financial benefit if we were to do it.

How do our fees work?At HolidayHomed, we'll do all the hard work, for a cut of the booking revenue. For most, this makes good sense, since we are professional co-hosts for Airbnb and have specialist departments in-house, we can often increase our hosts' gross booking values by more than our fees. So our hosts often end up financially ahead, whilst also not having to do any of the work!
